Special notes to our valuable customers

We are a retail/wholesale dealer, so there is no minimum order. We except the wholesale dealers but they must have a $100 minimum order for the savings.  All customers are welcomed!!!

Pictures are provided for each product as an example.

We can accept check, money order.  Also we can accept over the phone orders through are merchant account (visa and mastercard).

Shipping cost will be covered by the buyer. The more you buy, the more you save on shipping.  Items will be sent as priority mail and insurance will be added if wanted.  We are not responsible for any broken rocks and mineral specimens as the insurance will cover it.  We will do our best to package the minerals in nice cozy safe box homes and will be treated as our little bundles of joy!  Also, if you buy (a) geode(s) less then 10 pounds and get a “mud ball” (all brown with no signs of minerals) sent the geode(s) back for a full credit refund to be used on the webpage or at one of our rock and mineral shows.  You only pay the shipping back to the T.J’s Rocks and Gemcrafts; we will ship the new rock or mineral of equal value free of charge.  If at any time you are dissatisfied with your purchase just contacts us immediately and we will do are best to help you.

We will save you email address to later send you information about up and coming rock and mineral shows and sales that you may want to know about.  If you would like to be on are mailing list and do not want to buy anything at this time, then just email me saying you want information mailed to you.  If you would not like to be on this emailing list then send an email mark in the subject “Remove” in an email to tomennis46@hotmail.com
